How are these special sectors structured?
After the space allocation process is finalized and each exhibitor’s booth location is confirmed, clients can select from a variety of stand designs and accessories provided directly by the organizer, available through a digital or printed catalog for easy selection and customization.
What does the catalog include?
The catalog features eight turnkey stand designs, along with rental shelving and custom shelving options that the client can keep. It also includes branding elements such as polifam panels and printed vinyl graphics, with select models offering backlit large-format displays in standard or custom designs for greater visual impact.
Do the stands include integrated lighting?
Yes, all stands come with integrated LED lighting, along with a dedicated electrical panel featuring circuit protection and a standard low-amperage power outlet.
All electrical installations are handled by an in-house technical team, ensuring consistent quality and unified supervision across the entire project.
How is the installation carried out?
Installation is quick and straightforward. All components are delivered pre-painted and ready for assembly, ensuring an efficient on-site process.

“How do you contract a Power Pack with us?”
The minimum booking consists of 12 units ranging from 9m² to 12m².Payment terms are aligned with the organizer’s own collection schedule from their clients, ensuring a structured and synchronized process.
Each agreement includes detailed annexes tailored to each exhibitor’s specifications.Full payment must be completed prior to the event opening in order to proceed with installation.
